The Physician Finder is a resource created to help you find physicians in the Warren Hospital
area. Use the map to find care providers based on their locations. You can view every care provider
within a certain distance of your home or workplace on one list.
Use the search functions to find a care provider based on name, specialty, or location. As you search,
you can immediately see the location of the physician office.
Each bubble on the map represents the location of physicians in the Warren Hospital
area. A small bubble represents one physician, while a large bubble represents two or
more physicians in that area.
As you zoom in, the large bubbles may split into several small bubbles to display
specific office locations.

Click a bubble on the map to find the physician or
physicians it represents.
Clicking a large bubble will show a list of two or more physicians.
Click any name on the list to show
the physician profile. Detailed information will display to the right
of the map. |

Clicking a small bubble on the map will show
the name and address of the physician at that location. Click Detail
Info to display the profile to the right of the map. |

Get directions to physicians' offices by clicking the link in
the top right of the profile. This will direct you to Google Maps.
Click Pin Point to
mark the physician on the map. You can then easily find the point on
the map and click the pin to view the physician info.

Use the search options to find a physician by name, specialty, or location. The search results
will display below the search criteria. The search results will show on the map in orange bubbles. |

When you scroll over a physician's name in the search results, a pinpoint will mark the office
location on the map.
Click the pinpoint and a
balloon will display the physician name, address and View Detail option.
